With this weekend’s expected heat wave the Buffalo Zoo would like to invite guests to beat the heat and visit the Zoo with discounted admission.

This weekend’s admission prices are as follows:
Adult Admission: $9.00 (reg. $12.50)
Senior Admission: $7.00 (reg. $10.25)
Child Admission: $6.00 (reg. $9.25)

These prices are only in effect for Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1, 2018. The Zoo will add misting stations around the Zoo for visitors to stay cool.
“Although it will be hot this weekend, we are prepared to keep our staff, our guests and our animals cool. They’ll be plenty to see and do, from our indoor, air conditioned exhibits to our newest seasonal exhibit Boomerang Island, said Communications Manager, Christian Dobosiewicz. We hope everyone will consider spending a day at the Zoo this weekend and take advantage of these special rates.”

As for the animals at the Zoo, the animal care staff will follow its established hot weather protocol that provides additional access to shade, indoor holding areas, temperature controlled pools, and water misters. During their visit, guests may also see the animals enjoying specially prepared ice treats.

The Buffalo Zoo is open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Grounds remain open for one-hour after admission gates close. For more information about the Buffalo Zoo visit www.buffalozoo.org.
