From the Town of Tonawanda Police Department:

Does anybody recognize me? I’m an intact male Pit who was found chained to a crate earlier today in the area of Grand Island Boulevard and Sheridan Drive. I’m black with white markings and weigh about 50-60 pounds. I am wearing a collar but it doesn’t have any tags, and I don’t appear to be microchipped. ACO Ansel says I’m super friendly and he gave me a ride to the West Seneca Animal Shelter where I’ll be comfy, warm and dry tonight. If you know who my people are please ask them to call the shelter at 823-2988 to make an appointment to pick me up. There are documents they’ll need to bring.
