This is just amazing. No surprising, but amazing. The folks at Aunt Robin’s Diner in Lancaster (3580 Walden Avenue) are offering a free lunch to children all summer long. The brown bag is filled with a lunch for a child 15 years old or younger.

The owner of the diner, Robin has written a kind note – “HI ALL, this is ROBIN ..
Summer is here, kids are out of school.. adding pressure to some parents… I would like to offer FREE BAG LUNCHES for kids .. 15 yrs old and under.. . 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. daily.. all the kids have to do is come in, or call and let me or the waitress know, they are here to pick up lunch ?… ( sandwich, snack, fruit and drink all in a lunch bag ?) or if you’d like to purchase a bag lunch $3.00 … TAKE OUT ONLY PLEASE ..

The lunches are certainly made with love!!! Each bag has a sweet message. What an amazing thing to do, Robin! Thank you for making our community a better place!!!!! By the way, if you’d like to help out and keep this going – they are accepting donations.
